My meditation stone from Sedona

A few years back, my girlfriend and I used to visit Sedona up in northern Arizona as a way to relax and get out of the city life of Phoenix. It's a great place to hang out and open your mind up to new things, as well as having a romantic time with your partner in the beautiful red rocks and natural surroundings.

While there, we visited a lot of the shops and found many of the selections there appealing. I ended up buying an amethyst stone that was absolutely unique and beautiful - it seemed to call out to me in a way. I grabbed it out of the bag and went to a nearby creek. Sitting in the water with my feet, I dipped the meditation stone into the cold, crisp waves and let the water clean it, purify it as I charged it with good thoughts and memories.

Afterwards, I went and got some accessories to turn it into a necklace and have had it ever since. A meditation stone is a great thing to have because you pick it out and it's unique to you. Also, having something physical to touch while you meditate is actually a great way to do it, so I definitely recommend getting a meditation stone.
