I signed onto the I-reporter blogsite program < https://www.ireporter.tv > some months ago in an effort to promote my website using the new “social media” method to reduce the amount of paid clicks from the search engine Completely custom necklace done for a Reiki healerpay-per-click programs. After several sessions with their customer service manager, the light finally went on as to what I really am marketing through my own website http://www.turtleisland.cc , which is tools that happen to take the form of jewelry… its isn’t about the stones, it is about the energies and intent that I imbue into each of my custom creations.  This is what sets my stuff apart from everything else offered on the web.

There are literally thousands of sites offering what they claim to be chakra jewelry, spiritual jewelry, metaphysical jewelry, healing jewelry and new age jewelry. Most of it is mass-produced. Most of it is “pretty” at best. New age hacks like Sylvia Browne and Shirley MacLaine all offer jewelry, too… most likely sold to people who just want bragging rights when they wear the stuff to their meditation groups.  There is more expensive stuff out there. I have seen “chakra necklaces” for $700 to $2,000. But I have seen very little that actually compares with the pieces that I hand-craft for the individual with the same level of intent or the channeled energy-blessing to finish it up.

Truth is, it is difficult to market energy tools because there is very little at all like what I do.  How do you price intent and energy?  That is really what this is about, isn’t it? Not just the intent and energy to physically make a piece, and not just the energy that the stones contain on their own. In my intent, I am making an energetic TOOL to assist a person on their earth-walk, and packaging that energy as jewelry makes it easier for people to carry it on their persons to imbue the energy through the electrical field that surrounds the body. The piece will work to assist a person in realization and resolution of the issues and patterns that have held them back. Some people found that they had more physical energy, some found they had greater focus, some spoke of losing fear and inhibitions that kept them from standing their ground, and many found they had to face down and defeat their own dark attitudes.  The less fettered we are by these hang-ups, the greater our ability to achieve our potential for this lifetime.

I have a whole page of customer letters commenting on their experiences with my works. I know people who have saved pictures from my website to their computers and use them as screen-saver slideshows.  People have commented on how they feel the energy emanating from my website pages, and how they understand the intent behind all levels of it. Some say they kept looking and looking and never found anything else like I offer.

The average person finding my website for the first time may visit it several times, reading the different descriptions, then they will either e-mail with an order on their own, or they will ask me for a recommendation, at which point I will connect with their Higher Self and see what would work best.

I would categorize my clients in four basic categories:

1. People who are already well along “the path” and who see the need for some helpful tools.

2. People who are genuinely looking for real help on any and all levels.

3. People who are looking for a fast-track that bypasses the usual “inner work” that people spend years doing.

4. People who really just want “pretty jewelry”.

The people in the second category are usually fighting some long-standing illnesses, so I will coach them on some holistic means of defeating the dis-ease, and most are quite pleased that I will take the time to point them to this knowledge. Many report back that I was right. Most of these result in orders just because I did try to help them.

The last two categories of people I will try to qualify. I will inform the “lazy fast-trackers” and “pretty jewelry” people about the tendency of my creations to dredge up their inner funk and put it up in their grille to be dealt with, and the fact that I will customize each item “at will”.  I don’t worry about scaring them off. If they still insist on buying, I will give them my best just like anyone else.

In 10 years of marketing on the web, I have only experienced one item ever having been returned for a full refund, and someone else gladly snapped that item up a couple of months later. I have numerous pieces shipped back to me for rehab because they had been loved to death.

Go figure.
